Iris Wine Cellar – Palazzo Soave

In the heart of a historic building, where exposed stone meets vaulted brick ceilings and warm light shapes intimate, enveloping atmospheres, Cantina Iris comes to life — a bespoke interior project by Fietta Prestige, created to express the delicate balance between historical soul and contemporary design language.

Cantina Iris is more than just a space dedicated to wine; it is an immersive environment, designed to engage the senses and welcome guests with a harmony of material, proportion, light, and color. Every volume, every finish, every composition is the result of a clear vision, advanced technical expertise, and a deep sensitivity to high-level artisanal craftsmanship.

A bespoke project for architects seeking character

Designed to host connoisseurs and enthusiasts, Cantina Iris stands out for its tailor-made architecture. The furnishings do not simply adapt to the space — they enhance its memory and identity, tracing the curves of the vaulted ceilings, embracing the irregularities of the walls, and capturing reflections on stone and glass surfaces.

The technical team at Fietta Prestige worked side by side with architects and clients, using high-precision laser surveys to ensure a perfect integration between the existing structure and new elements. Every centimeter was designed to merge aesthetics and functionality into a fluid, harmonious composition.

Glass, textiles, wood: materials that tell a story

The material language of Cantina Iris plays on contrasts: solid vs. transparent, warm vs. cool, rational vs. sensory. Extra-clear glass, featured in the doors and large refrigerated showcase, expands the space and reflects light onto the terracotta vaults; hand-treated black iron frames and defines the geometries.

Wood takes center stage: natural oak and inlaid woods shape the boiserie, countertops, and bases, all crafted in-house by Fietta’s carpentry workshop to ensure aesthetic consistency. Burgundy and anthracite-toned fabrics add tactile depth to benches and chairs, while soft-touch technical textiles offer durability in high-traffic environments.

Technical design for emotional architecture

One of the most appreciated aspects for those designing complex spaces like Cantina Iris is Fietta Prestige’s ability to combine refined aesthetics with advanced technical solutions. Invisible hinges, push-pull guides, integrated service passages, and ventilation systems for refrigerated compartments have all been designed to disappear within the purity of the overall layout.

The all-LED lighting scheme was conceived to highlight each bottle, material, and detail: warm beams integrated into the steel uprights create sophisticated atmospheres, multiplying reflections across glass and glossy surfaces.

A replicable model born from excellence

Today, Cantina Iris is a case study for architects and designers seeking custom solutions for high-end food and wine environments. The project demonstrates how manufacturing expertise, attention to detail, and direct collaboration with design professionals can transform a complex space into a coherent and engaging narrative.

For those in search of a partner who can listen, interpret, and execute, Fietta Prestige proves to be more than just a furniture manufacturer: it is a structured, creative, and reliable collaborator capable of bringing lasting design visions to life.
