Fietta Prestige oversaw the production and installation of custom-made interior furnishings for a prestigious private residence in Ilchester Place, one of London’s most exclusive areas. The project, designed by an international architecture firm, stands out for its high-level execution and the perfect integration of aesthetics and function.
The intervention covered every area of the apartment: living room, dining room, bedrooms, walk-in closets, service rooms, wellness area, and kitchen. Fietta Prestige translated the design concepts into tailor-made furnishing solutions, crafted with fine materials and high-tech construction details, ensuring a consistent and refined final result.
At the heart of the home is the spacious dining room, where Fietta Prestige created a bespoke solid wood table in a dark stain with a satin brass edge, paired with custom-upholstered chairs with powder-coated metal bases. The fireplace unit, clad in dark fluted marble, was integrated into a backlit wall unit combining storage, display, and decorative features.
The work also extended to the decorative wall paneling, custom niches with wooden shelves, and backlit panels, ensuring material and stylistic continuity throughout the space.
In the sleeping quarters, Fietta Prestige crafted upholstered headboards with integrated panels and brass inserts, wall-mounted bedside tables with built-in sockets and hidden drawers, upholstered benches, and custom storage units. Special attention was paid to finishes: premium fabrics, brushed stained oak veneers, and matte lacquers in line with the color palette selected by the design firm.
The custom-designed walk-in wardrobes feature full-height doors with integrated handles, metal frames in a burnished brass finish, and interiors equipped with drawers, open compartments, integrated lighting, and dedicated ventilation systems. Each unit was engineered to ensure maximum accessibility and organization.
In the kitchen area, Fietta Prestige created a large central island with natural stone cladding on the top and sides, complemented by custom-designed stools and integrated technical features (sink, cooktop, retractable power sockets). The dark wood wall units house built-in appliances, internal shelving, and custom accessories. Technical lighting was incorporated into the furniture with recessed LED strips and light cuts.
In the adjacent space, a wine cellar was created with a load-bearing brass structure and solid wood shelves, enclosed by glass doors with concealed frames: a technical element that becomes an aesthetic focal point.
Bathroom solutions combine metal-framed vanity units with wooden drawers and brushed marble tops. Backlit mirrors, ribbed glass sconces, and matching accessories complete a sober and elegant space, designed for daily functionality and clean lines.
All technical areas were fitted with custom modules for laundry, storage, and utility rooms, featuring flush-to-wall closures and integrated ventilation systems.
Fietta also furnished the private gym with concealed wardrobes, upholstered seating, and sound-absorbing surfaces integrated into the fitted walls. Transitional areas between zones were enhanced with paneling, built-in storage furniture, and technical custom solutions, in full stylistic continuity with the rest of the project.
The bespoke furnishings were produced by Fietta Prestige with direct control over each phase of the process: on-site surveying, development of technical drawings, material sampling, production, pre-assembly, and on-site installation. Constant coordination with the architecture firm ensured full compliance with design details, technical tolerances, and delivery schedules.
Fietta Prestige’s ability to handle complex and structured projects, its artisanal attention to detail, and its industrial approach to site management make it the ideal partner for architecture and interior design studios seeking a reliable, experienced, and well-organized custom furniture manufacturer.
